Brielle Stovall, Social Worker

Welcome! Thank you for being here.

Brielle is a multiracial Black, queer, and multiply-neurodivergent interdisciplinary healing artist, and it brings them immense joy to connect with and support others exploring various aspects of their identity and lived experience. She’s passionate about supporting individuals who are seeking compassionate care as they navigate various forms of neurodivergence including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD/C-PTSD, substance use, OCD, Autism, and ADHD as well as identity exploration at various stages. Understanding that none of the identities we hold exist in a vacuum and that there are a number of systems in place meant to disempower each of us, Brielle seeks to equip folks with the tools necessary to engage in the revolutionary act that is radical self-celebration in today’s world.

Brielle holds Bachelor’s degrees in Music and Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Columbia University. With experience as an In-Home Therapist, substance use counselor, residential care shift supervisor, and school-based social worker, Brielle is dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey to self-discovery and holistic wellness by also drawing on her knowledge as a yogi and reiki practitioner.

Operating from the belief that you are the expert in your experience and needs, Brielle seeks to be a companion and mirror on this part of your journey through life. As a trauma-informed practitioner centering radical self-celebration, they use a person-centered approach to evidence-based interventions in support of individuals on their journey of self-discovery. By combining various treatment modalities like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, with movement, somatic, and energetic healing practices, Brielle seeks to collaboratively develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each individual’s unique strengths and needs.
