Ethical Non-Monogamy

Support group for ENM Relationships is focused on giving a space for the poly/kink community to be able to come together and have a therapeutically focused discussion on addressing topics related to managing ethically non-monogamous relationships. Peer-connection and validation to the difficulties that arise in navigating a polyamorous and open-relationship lifestyle while living in a society that often pre-judges’ non-monogamy is a core value for which we hope this support group becomes a space for developing healthy language and resiliency.

Topics include but are not limited to:

Communication
Honesty & Trust
Consent & Expectations

Structuring a Polycule
Para/Metamour Dynamics
Recovering from Infidelity

Discussing Risks
Hook-up/App Culture
Fluid Bonding & Boundaries

Reading recommendations, and referrals to available therapists or affiliated networked therapists provided at every meeting. Free snacks, beverages, and resources in the waiting room area!

All participants must pre-register as clients of Darling Mental Health; you will not be charged for this service unless you choose to voluntarily support the program.
