Jeremy has been a practicing psychotherapist since 2011 with experience in the Worcester, MA and Gainesville, FL regions. He is an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing therapy, supervision, training, education, and clinical guidance to the team. Mr. Darling is hoping to guide a new generation of therapists to provide ethical, trauma-informed care that is prepared to address issues related to sexual health or gender whenever needed. He holds high hopes for the team that has come together to help manifest a space of inclusive support to all in Worcester.

Taylor is the Practice Manager who is working to help connect Darling Mental Health with the community and help your find your next best fit for therapy. She is a certified sex educator, a trained sexual anthropologist, and comes with a passion for providing equitably accessible education that supports reproductive freedoms, rights, and pleasure while working from culturally relevant approaches. If you are unsure if you want to work with a sex therapist fully and are first in need of a consultation about what education and support you need, Taylor graciously offers her services for individual and group education.

Alana Frenkel (she/they) is a queer interdisciplinary Social Worker who is focused on empowering those that they interact with and refusing to fit people or humanity into boxes. They thrive working directly with 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals and giving them a safe, trauma-informed space, and helping folx come up with tangible tools for their “toolkits” in relation to their lives, and being able to accept the “spicy brain” in all of us. Their hope is to help anyone they work with to feel seen, heard, and affirmed. Their services include individual in person therapy services in Worcester, MA, and telehealth services for those living anywhere in MA or CT.

Cate is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who provides a warm, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. Grounded in humanistic values, she believes in each person’s inherent worth, capacity for growth, and right to define their own path. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma-Focused CBT, Cate helps clients explore the roots of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to foster insight, resilience, and new ways of relating to themselves and others. She works with adolescents, adults, and couples in both in-person and virtual settings.

I am honored and excited to be a part of the team! I am a graduate intern in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program at Fitchburg State University. I am passionate about working with individuals across the lifespan, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and I strive to provide affirming, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs.

I believe meaningful change begins with a counseling relationship built on authenticity, mutual trust, and respect. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and shame-free environment where clients feel safe to be themselves, explore their experiences openly, and recognize their inherent strengths. While my approach is grounded in a person-centered philosophy, I also integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help clients develop practical skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and create lasting, meaningful change. I value collaboration and work alongside my clients to foster hope, resilience, and emotional well-being.

Cynthia is a dedicated therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals discover healing and empowerment through therapy. She specializes in providing support to neurodivergent individuals and offers LGBTQIA+ affirming and kink-informed therapy services. Her goal is to create a safe and accepting space where clients from all walks of life can explore their unique paths to healing and self-discovery. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with minors in Business and Materials Technology from SUNY Oswego and a Masters of Science in Creative Arts Therapy from Nazareth College.
