AnnMarie brings a trauma-informed, practical, and collaborative approach to her work, integrating CBT, DBT, ACT, and family systems perspectives. She specializes in supporting youth and caregivers through anxiety, mood concerns, school stress, family conflict, and life transitions.

Holly is a licensed mental health counselor who is dedicated to working primarily with clients within the LGBTQ+ community. She provides support to clients who are seeking an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, including clients who have concerns involving gender identity and gender-affirming needs. Holly is experienced in working with clients with various concerns including anxiety, and depression, and offers EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to clients who are experiencing the effects of trauma and PTSD.
