Ashley Stolitza, Social Worker

My supervision style blends clear, direct feedback with reflective conversation, giving clinicians space to explore their clinical instincts, decision-making ability, and professional identity. I emphasize collaboration, pattern recognition, and strengths-based discussion, while also helping clinicians balance client work and well-being with sustainable self-care.

My supervision sessions are structured yet flexible, offering practical tools for navigating challenging clinical situations while encouraging clinicians to develop approaches that fit their own voice and style. Drawing from mindfulness-based practices, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused frameworks, I adapt my approach to the needs of each clinician, their experiences and their caseload.

I am known for being straightforward yet supportive and practical, with a focus on helping clinicians build professional confidence, deepen clinical insight, and grow steadily and sustainably within their fields.
