Darling Mental Health is looking for part time and full-time outpatient therapists to join our team!
We work with folks across the life-span and specialize in providing trauma-informed, gender-affirming, sex therapy to all peoples in and around Worcester. Cases are diverse and we pride ourselves in being a publicly queer-inclusive practice that maintains a free online resource directory with information and resources for those seeking specialized LGBTQIA+ informed care. Not all cases identify as part of the queer community and we work to address all forms of systemic oppression with an anti-racist, de-colonized, and progressive lens that seeks feedback and integration in our community. Candidates must care about the mission of providing a safe space for all queer youth and adults. Supervision and training by an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist is available. Candidate will have employee status (W2).
Clinicians are responsible for completing individual assessments, treatment plans, safety plans, and ongoing documentation. Virtual only positions are available with some scheduled in-person staff meetings.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 – $80.00 per clinical hour, $25 per administrative hour

Office Details:
Our office is located at 255 Park Ave, parking is included with a garage that closes every night at 8pm (surface lot 24/7). Our office suite includes a warm and inviting waiting room with a tea station, individual offices, family/group therapy room, sensory room, conference room, and kitchenette break room. All individual offices have large windows with southern exposure, perfect for any plant parent.
