Jessica’s goal is to provide a collaborative, non-judgmental, safe space for clients to connect with themselves and explore their healing journey. Jessica operates from a framework of valuing human rights and community safety, recognizing the ways systemic oppression impacts her clients. Jessica utilizes approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and others, tailoring her approach to each client.
Jessica has a background in healthcare research and community care, specifically serving families of color from low-income backgrounds. She has trained at Emerson College, completed a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Northeastern University, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College. Jessica has been an outpatient therapist at a community mental health agency in Northern Massachusetts, and is eager to continue her work as a clinician serving the Worcester population.
