Gabby (she/her) is a licensed clinical mental health counselor passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and young adults. She builds strong therapeutic relationships through her client-centered practice where she prioritizes finding solution and skills based interventions that work for the client on an individual level. Her approach is trauma informed and the modalities used vary for each client as she believes everyone’s needs are specific to them. Some of these inventions include: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT.
As a queer and neurodivergent person, Gabby fosters a safe, supportive atmosphere where clients explore past experiences and navigate life’s transitions.
Gabby received her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bay Path University and brings experience from working in a variety of settings; community based, family therapy, early childhood and in marginalized communities. She sees clients virtually and enjoys working with teens, adolescents and adults.
