To encourage and widen the reach of our services several discounts are available
Outpatient Mental Health Services
Cases unable to utilize insurance and for which a financial barrier exists are encouraged to inquire about the option to work with a clinician at a reduced rate. Sliding scale options are offered that match Medicaid reimbursement for those who are employed but struggling; services offered at a financial loss to the company are considered on a case-by-case basis, including a brief assessment of referral viability to a different provider, and are accessible to patients who have at least 2 of the following factors: unemployment, uninsured, housing instability, food insecurity, pregnancy, and/or physical disability.
Our support groups are free to attend, but we do ask that those who can afford to pay a donation fee of $20 do so to help financially support the service.
Continuing Education Services
Recent graduates (in the past 2-3 years) of a therapy program for Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or similar MA level programs may take courses at a reduced rate of $25 per CE hour.
Non-therapist (Doctorate/Masters-licensed) professionals who work for a community-based program or non-profit in advocacy, education, or support of the LGBTQIA+ community are invited to attend any training that relates to their work at a reduced fee of $50 per training.
Other qualifications may exist for discount, please reach out and explain your situation and consideration will be made to reduce out-of-pocket cost to you.
All discounts are done manually and require you to email your request to: info@darlingmentalhealth.com
