Live, in-person trainings are listed on our website and registration/payment is organized through our Electronic Health Record software: Jane App
When you click a registration link from a continuing education course description page you should always be automatically linked to that event in our calendar and prompted to reserve a spot for the event. Upon confirmation of this reservation you will be automatically emailed a registration form that involves collection of basic billing information and an informed consent form about our cancellation policy.
We collect payment after the event has concluded, and attendance/evaluations are processed.
Registered participants for a continuing education event that are scheduled for a full day will receive a reminder email a week in advance providing additional information about food options that are local to our location so that you may best plan your lunch break.
Any alternative form of registration can be set up by directly emailing info@darlingmentalhealth.com for which payment will be collected in advance through Venmo. This would apply to situation of technical difficulty in using our Jane App system, special group registration rates, or other forms of special registration set up independently of our normal operating system.
