Exploration of the relationship dynamics of non-monogamous, polyamorous, and other “non-traditional” relationship structures that rely on trust, communication, and open emotional awareness to support and heal when ruptures occur. Addressing jealousy and fears many have when shifting away from a monogamous relationship structure will also be a focus on this training.

Course objectives:

  • Learn different approaches to polyamory that address jealousy with non-judgmental support
  • Identify at least three different kinds of relationship structures that couples and polycules may choose to construct.
  • Identify common communication barriers and how to address them
  • Learn nuances to consent, coercion, and boundary navigation that guides couples through fears and insecurity

This course will be offered virtually via Zoom, will require pre-registration, and will be recorded for quality assurance and evaluation purposes only.

To receive Continuing Education credits an evaluation must be completed and submitted at the end of the course.
